Q: What cars do you have available for weddings?
A: Although we show a large range of wedding cars on the website, there are also a number of other vehicles that we can provide, just contact us and let us know exactly what you are looking for.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: All of our wedding cars list the areas they cover on their details page, with some available just locally and others available worldwide.
Q: How long before the wedding should I book the cars?
A: The day you decide to get married is often not early enough! Once you start planning your wedding you need to book your chosen vehicles. Many couples will book up to 12-18 months in advance however it isn't unusual to have a booking 18-24 months in advance.
Q: What is the minimum hire time?
A: Most of our wedding cars are supplied for a minimum of 2 hours, with 4 hours being the recommended booking time for a traditional wedding.
Q: Are you available for a weekday wedding?
A: A number of our wedding cars are available on any day of the week, please see the individual car detail pages.
Q: Are the wedding cars featured on your website real, or just pictures?
A: All of the images used on our wedding car details pages are of the actual vehicle itself.
Q: Can I view your wedding cars in person?
A: Be very wary of any company which is reluctant to let you do so. We recommend always viewing the cars you book and there are a number of reasons for this. If you have only viewed photographs, there is no way of telling how old the photos are and, while a car may look great in a picture, it may look terrible in the flesh. Finally, always sit into the cars you are intending to hire as some have limited access and space. All of our wedding cars and their chauffeurs have been specially chosen for their quality, beauty (not necessarily the chauffeur!) and professionalism, and we are proud to show off our cars to you.
Q: How much does a limousine cost to hire for a wedding?
A: We want to find the best solution to your requirements and because of this we personally quote every wedding hire to ensure that every aspect of your journey is pleasurable and memorable. The price to book any of our luxurious vehicles, depends on how long you require it for, location you a travelling to and from, how many passengers etc. Let us gather the details and put together a bespoke service specifically for your day.
Q: Is there a deposit required?
A: Yes, we require a deposit of £100.00 per vehicle for all bookings. The booking deposit secures the date of the booking and the price quoted.
Q: How many people can your wedding cars carry?
A: Details for each of our wedding cars can be found on their individual pages.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Bookings cancelled within 90 days prior to the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking unless extraordinary circumstances can be shown. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of deposit. In the event of a date change only, the booking fee may be transferred to the new date, but only if that date is available.
Q: Can we smoke in your wedding cars?
A: No, all vehicles are non smoking, however your chauffeur may be asked to stop so that you can calm any frayed nerves, however this is entirely dependent upon any time constraints.
Q: When do we need to finalise payment for the booking?
A: All wedding bookings are to be finalised at least 21 days prior to the wedding day.
